How do I book a car on Vehado?
Enter your city and dates, compare available vehicles, then book online. For instant-booking cars it's confirmed right after the secure payment.
How much does a rental cost?
The price is set per day by the host. The total depends on the number of days and the vehicle. A deposit (card hold) may apply. Everything is shown clearly before payment, with no hidden fees.
Am I insured during the rental?
Yes. Every rental booked through Vehado is covered by insurance and assistance for the whole trip. Detailed terms are shown at booking time.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is a card hold (pre-authorization) that isn't charged if you return the vehicle in the same condition. Its amount is shown on the listing. It's released after the return check.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation terms depend on how far ahead of pickup you cancel and are shown before payment. A sufficiently early cancellation is refunded per the applicable policy.
How do I list my car?
Create an account, click "Become a host", then add your vehicle (photos, price, availability). Sign-up is free and you keep full control over your car and calendar.
How am I paid as a host?
You connect your Stripe account in minutes. For each rental, the renter's payment is paid out to your account (minus the platform commission), automatically and securely.
What if there's a problem during the rental?
You can message the host directly, and our support is reachable 24/7 in case of an incident (breakdown, accident). Everything is logged in your account for easy follow-up.
