Questions about pricing

How much does listing a car cost?
Nothing. Creating a host account and listing your vehicle is entirely free. Vehado only earns through a commission on rentals that actually happen.
How is the commission calculated?
Vehado takes 15% of each rental amount. Example: for a car at €45/day rented for 3 days, the total is €135. The commission is €20 and you receive €115.
When am I paid as a host?
The renter's payment is secured at booking, then paid to your Stripe account after the trip starts, minus the commission. Everything is automatic.
Are there fees for the renter?
The renter pays the rental rate, insurance and assistance included. The total amount, including any deposit, is always shown clearly before payment, with no hidden fees.
I run an agency or a fleet, is it different?
The principle stays the same: free listing and a commission per rental. For fleets and agencies with many vehicles, contact us for support and tailored terms.
