These terms of use govern the use of the Vehado platform, a marketplace for renting vehicles between individuals and agencies, published and operated by Espero-Soft Informatiques SRL (Numéro d'entreprise (BCE) 1033.022.383), with registered office at Rue de la Colonne 1A, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, Belgium. By using the Platform, you accept these terms. The detailed commercial conditions (role as intermediary, commission charged on rentals, ranking, liability) are set out in the General Terms of Use and Sale, available on the Platform.

"Platform" refers to the Vehado website and application. "User" refers to any natural or legal person using the Platform, in particular the renter who books and rents a vehicle. "Host" refers to the owner of a vehicle (individual, agency or fleet) who lists it for rental via the Platform. "Platform Services" refers to the search for, booking of and connection between renters and hosts for vehicle rentals, as well as the management tools offered to hosts.

Vehado is an online marketplace that connects renters with hosts offering vehicles for rent, whether individuals or agencies. The Publisher acts solely as an intermediary and technical provider and is not a party to the rental contract concluded between the renter and the host; it does not guarantee the services, prices or availability of the vehicles.

Registration and search on the Platform are free. Vehado is remunerated through a commission charged on each rental; the payment made by the renter is remitted to the host, net of this commission, via the payment provider Stripe. The full terms are set out in the General Terms of Use and Sale.

Searching the Platform is free. The price of each rental is set by the host and displayed on the vehicle's listing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Vehado charges a commission of 15% on each rental and remits the balance to the host. Amounts are indicated in euros, all taxes included unless otherwise stated. The full terms (any deposit, remittance, refund in the event of cancellation) are set out in the General Terms of Use and Sale.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. However, this right no longer applies once the execution of the service has begun with the express consent of the user, which is notably the case when the booked rental period begins before the expiry of this period.

Vehado commits to an obligation of means. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot be held liable for errors or omissions. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Vehado shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

In its capacity as an intermediary, the Publisher is not responsible for the services provided by the hosts, the condition of the vehicles offered, nor for the content published by the hosts or users. Reviews must be fair and reflect a genuine experience; fake reviews are prohibited.

All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of vehado. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available on the Platform.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
